Purina Pet Gear

Our friends at Purina have released a new line of pet products: Purina Pet Gear.  With Purina being a favorite brand at the Love Shack Pack, we were delighted to receive a few of the products to review.

Purina sent us a goodie box that contained:
1.  Ultra dry training pads.
2.  Carpet and Upholstery pet stain and odor eliminator.
3.  Giant pet hair roller.

We always keep a supply of 'piddle pads' on hand as Ohno and Joy are prone to accidents when left unattended for too long.  We really like the Purina training pads because of their super duper absorbency.  The size of the pad is 'paw'fect to accommodate the doggie doodies....arg, I mean DUTIES.

"Gee, Mom.  What's a dog gotta do to get a lil privacy 'round here?"

The Carpet & Upholstery spray also proved to be pure, Purina quality.   It easily and efficiently cleans a mess and leaves behind a clean, fresh smell.  We've found it useful for dog accidents as well as general messes made by the little humans.
Perhaps our favorite product included was the Purina Giant Fur Remover.  For a home that has seven dogs (five of which are Golden Retrievers), fur becomes part of everyday life.  Years ago mom ditched her favorite black clothing articles knowing that black attire and Golden Retrievers just don't mix.  So to test out the fur remover, we really put it to the test.

BIG, CREAM COLORED BOONDOCKS ON A BLACK SEAT COVER.

What a MESS!!

A couple of swipes with the fur remover, and voila, a clean BLACK SEAT!!

Yep, we'll never leave home without a Purina Fur Remover again.  Mom might even start wearing black again!!

With a large selection to choose from, you are sure to find what you need for most of your basic pet needs.  For more information on these Purina products and others, and to find a guide to locating these items in your area visit: Purina Pet Gear.

  2. Sometimes I think I have more fur on my clothes than the dogs have on their backs!

  7. Great products! Kiva is a black dog...but each fur is actually half black/half white! So I really should just wear checkerboard pants! ;)

  8. I'm a little disappointed with the training pads. I'm using them for my cat that stopped using the litter pan and almost every time she uses the pad it seems to leak through...or she's too close to the edge and it "overflows".
